Our expertise

Six in-house capabilities that take a job from raw stock to a finished, fitted component.

CNC Machining

Advanced CNC turning and milling for complex geometries and tight tolerances, run on Haas, Femco and Hyundai-Kia machines. Ideal for repeat production runs and precision components that have to be right first time.

General Machining

Conventional turning, boring and milling for one-off parts, repairs and modifications. Suited to large or non-standard work where a manual machinist's judgement beats a fixed program.

Fabrication

Small to medium fabrication built to your exact drawings or samples. From brackets and frames to bespoke assemblies, cut, formed and finished in-house.

Welding

Expert MIG, TIG and Manual Arc welding for robust, durable joints across steel and alloys. For structural repairs, fabrication and on-site breakdown work alike.

Fitting & Assembly

Precision fitting and assembly of mechanical systems, drives and equipment. We bring machined and fabricated parts together into a working, tested unit.

Industrial Painting

Protective industrial painting and finishing to guard your components against wear and corrosion. The final step that keeps engineered parts performing in the field.

How we work

From enquiry to finished part

A straightforward path whether you send a drawing, a sample or a worn-out part that needs replacing.

  1. 01

    Enquiry & Quote

Send a drawing, a sample part or just a description of the problem. We review the work and come back with a clear, competitive quote.

  2. 02

    Planning & Setup

We confirm materials, tolerances and timing, then program and set up the right machines — CNC or conventional — for the job.

  3. 03

    Machining & Fabrication

Your parts are turned, milled, fabricated and welded in-house, with quality checked throughout the run rather than only at the end.

  4. 04

    Finishing & Delivery

Fitting, assembly and protective painting as required, then on-time delivery — backed by a breakdown service when downtime can't wait.
